Pockets of colour and textiles

From Lincolnshire and Back is a project the involves swapping unfinished projects with fellow artists – many of whom dwell in Lincolnshire! participants were also invited to embellish some simple pockets and send them to Carol Parker (who devised the project) to be part of an exhibition. It’s was interesting to work on a small scale. My pockets reflected my interest in free-form crochet, current reading of feminist literature and lots of labels which I use to share colour and narratives.
